Systematic Education System divides your whole day in four slots of six hours each. The first six hours are allotted for sleep, the second for study/work, the third one for entertainment and the last slot to accommodate for unexpected events like extra sleep hours, study time etc.
This app has features like “Personal Gym” which suggests ground exercises that can be customized to your level of physical fitness and the amount of time you can spare each day. Special attention is given to the timing of water breaks to maximize the benefits from these exercises. Also, the choice of food that you make is given a lot of importance as you are truly what you eat.
Breathing exercises are addressed in detail as we clearly see the link between better oxygenation and improved physical and mental health. Physical body pains are significantly improved through our suggested simple breathing exercises. On the mental level, every single inhalation purifies the mind and exhalation expels all the negative energy from your system. This process of purification boosts our brain power.
